Hatha Yoga

Your basic, well-rounded yoga class. The exact style will depend on your teacher.

Usually a hatha class includes some vinyasa flow to warm up, followed by a mix of standing and seated poses to build strength, flexibility and mind/body connection - and last but certainly not least, savasana! (That’s corpse pose, i.e. deep relaxation. It’s the best.)

Yin Yoga

A gift you give yourself. Yin yoga is a super gentle class designed to relax and slow you right on down. After a short warm-up, you’ll spend the hour luxuriating in supported poses with bolsters, blocks, blankets, and lots of juicy assists. Trust us, you won’t regret it.

Fly Time

Headstand and handstand and crow pose, oh my! This yoga class will challenge you and invite you to expand your comfort zone. Playing with these poses takes you on an adventure - whether you ever do a headstand doesn’t really matter, although admittedly, it is pretty cool. The point is possibility - not performance.

Tai Chi Chuan

An ancient Chinese practice that looks like slow-motion magic and feels even better. Originally a martial art, Tai Chi Chuan today is mostly about cultivating your health, calming your mind, and building a quiet kind of strength from the inside out. Through slow, circular movements and deep breathing, you'll relax your muscles, align your posture, and let your energy flow the way it's meant to — unhurried and unobstructed — leaving you with a sense of balance that stays with you long after class ends.

Qi Gong

Pronounced "chee-gong" — and yes, it's as good as it sounds. Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow, flowing movements with breath and gentle focus. Think of it as a tune-up for your energy system: you move, you breathe, you soften — and somewhere along the way, the static in your head quiets down and your body remembers how to feel good.

Meditation

Meditating in a group is awesome. The energy of the group can help you go deeper - not to mention that it actually gets your bum on the cushion. Always a win. Expect a guided sit with a bit of breathwork, a bit of stillness, and a whole lot of permission to just be for a while.
