Events and Workshops
Gather, Connect & Explore
Our studio is more than a place to practice—it's a place to connect. Throughout the year, we host a variety of events, workshops, and community gatherings designed to support wellbeing, creativity, learning, and meaningful human connection. Whether you're joining us for a sound bath, community evening, special workshop, or simply spending time with like-minded people, you'll find opportunities to slow down, explore something new, and feel part of a welcoming community.
We're always adding new events, so be sure to check back regularly to see what's coming up next.

Sunday August 30 · 16:00–18:00VELA™ Breathwork - Conscious Connected Breathing
Click here to book your spot in the workshop
You already know how to breathe. But do you know how to use your breath to actually change how you feel?
Join us for a VELA™ Breathwork session led by Dr. Arthur Krause — scientist, co-developer of the VELA™ protocol, and breathwork teacher who trains the next generation of breathwork facilitators.
The VELA™ protocol is a structured form of Conscious Connected Breathing: a guided rhythm of breath, supported by music, that signals your nervous system to release stored tension — physical, emotional, mental. No experience needed. No esoteric beliefs required. Just you, your breath, and 120 minutes to let go of what you've been carrying.
What to expect: a short explanation and intention-setting, a guided breathing journey with music, followed by a quiet integration period to absorb the experience.
People often describe leaving a session feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply rested — like a reset button for body and mind.
Arthur holds a PhD in oncology research and brings over 25 years of experience in martial arts, Kundalini yoga, and meditation. His approach is grounded in science and delivered with warmth.

Your voice is already there. But are you giving it the space it needs to fully come through?
Join us for a weekend voice workshop led by Astrid Schmidt — voice coach, speech therapist, diploma singing pedagogue, and composer — for a living exploration of breath, body, and voice.
Working with the natural connection between an awake body, free breath, and a present voice, this workshop invites you to discover more courage, strength, and ease in your own sound. No performance, no pressure, no judgement — just curiosity and joy.
No prior experience needed. Whether you're a complete beginner, a choir singer, or simply curious about your voice, you are warmly welcome.
What to expect: connecting breath, body, and voice; singing and sound free from performance pressure; and rediscovering — or discovering for the first time — what your voice can do.
Programme:
Friday 27 Nov, 18:00–21:00
Saturday 28 Nov, 10:00–18:00
Sunday 29 Nov, 10:00–15:00
Astrid Schmidt has spent her career captivated by the uniqueness and expressive power of the human voice. She works with people who want to explore and develop their voice, with a focus on breath, expression, body awareness, and the natural strength and lightness that every voice holds.

Come hang out with us! This is time we give ourselves to enjoy being together - talking or not talking, doing or not doing. Drop by for a few minutes or stay for the evening. Bring a book if you like, or your knitting or your coloring book – but please plan to enjoy some intentional screen-free time. The idea is to settle your nervous system in good company.

1st Fri (alt. months) · 19:30–21:30Cuddle Party Evening - Kuschelparty
Are you low on Vitamin T? By which we mean, Touch! Human touch is so important, and so many of us don’t get nearly enough of it. Cuddle Parties are time to savor closeness with platonic consensual touch, holding each other and being held. We pull out the mattresses, pillows and blankets, turn on some soft music, and relax together. Totally normal to feel weird and awkward at first. But watch out, you might start to crave it.

1st Fri (alt. months) · 20:00–21:00Sound Bath - Healing Vibrations
Allow us to bathe your senses with the sound of crystal singing bowls, brass bowls, and soft vocal touches. The healing effects of music are real. But hey, if you don’t believe us, just ask science! Research shows that music can reduce chronic pain and anxiety, while lowering stress-related cortisol levels and increasing dopamine. Not bad, eh?

2nd Fri (alt. months) · 19:30–22:00Neighborhood Stage - Open Un-Mic Night
This is our version of Open Mic Night - only without the microphone, because we love our neighbors and want them to love us back. Bring your guitar, your songs, your poetry, spoken word, or dance piece and show us what you’ve got. Art is made to be shared!

Occasionally Saturdays · 20:00Movie Night
You’re already doing this anyway, so why not come do it with some other cool people? Get comfy on our mattresses, cushions, bolsters and blankets and bring your favorite beverage (we might be sipping an Old Fashioned). Purchase a bowl of popcorn for 5 CHF before Kate eats it all— errrr, while supplies last.
